The number of expired .CA domains on the TBR list has remained consistent over the last few months (though with a slight upward trend) and with 8842 new listings this week, this translates into a jump of just under 400. The overall quality is mediocre at best, and the wave of premium domain drops may have come to an abrupt end. It was actually a real chore to determine our Top Picks, when in previous weeks it was difficult to narrow the list down.
Looks like I picked the wrong week to select a Top Picks list, but there is one top-end LLL domain, ALR.CA, along with a few interesting word listings like JETTISON.CA, CLOSINGS.CA and LAUGHABLE.CA.
ALR.ca – An extremely high-end letter combination, starting with the popular “A”. then “L” and the ending “R” (for use with Resources, Registered, Review, etc.). It’s like the Wheel of Fortune bonus round.
Abbreviation.ca – Long word, but singular and could be useful in branding or domain-based businesses.
Closings.ca – Sure it’s a plural, but it could find uses in the realtor, housing and mortgage areas due to these all being synonymous with the word “closing”.
Jettison.ca – Singular and unique word that has immediate branding possibilities.
Laughable.ca – Not a premium word, but it’s certainly a cut above this week’s options.
WeBuyGold.ca – We may not be in a domain keyword-oriented world anymore, but this saying has universal appeal, especially in tough times.

There are a lot of low-to-mid-range options this week, like BUH.ca, FIK.ca, FUG.ca, GEK.ca, KEK.ca, KAU.ca, VNT.ca, and PMB.ca, but most have difficult ending letters.
One of the most important factors of lower-end LLL.CA domains like these is the presence of a company, especially a large North American multinational, using the corresponding .COM.
