On November 15 at 2PM EST there were 62 .CA domain names selected from the TBR list, which is even lower than last week’s 69 selections, which is by itself a very low total. There were virtually no high-end domain names available this week, and this may have kept the serious domain buyers away.
The TBR selection process goes in 5-second intervals, so it is important to look at the list and domain names in this manner, as well as noting that prospective buyers are a varied mix of companies, web developers, investors and speculators. The first wave of .CA selections included top picks like FIRSTDRAFT.CA, TACKLESHOP.CA, and SUBCONTRACTORS.CA, as well as our top-rated LLL.CA domains ZRE.CA and NUX.CA.
From our .CA TBR Report for November 15, we did find a few domain names that managed to sneak through, so feel free to grab them if they catch your eye. (Personally, I cannot believe REHABILITATE.CA didn’t get selected, as this health sector is a true money machine and EMD can be an important search factor here.)

BIDCOINS.CA – Another domain name for the crypto-currency rush.
ETCHED.CA – Classic, highly brandable word for business. Signifies detailed-oriented, consistent approach.
OUNCE.CA – Tough match with the Metric system, but still a great 5-letter word.
REHABILITATE.CA – The rehab industry is incredibly lucrative and these EMDs are very desirable.
CHILDISH.CA – Potential brandable for toys, board games, pop collectibles.
COMMUNAL.CA – Community website?
DORMITORY.CA – Need a place to stay?
LARKS.CA – Refers to a prank or a bird.
MAMMOGRAPHY.CA – Medical procedure that is gaining more much-needed attention.
PLUNGER.CA – Potential EMD for a plumber or other business dealing with plugged up pipes.
PREEMINENT.CA – I love these power terms that can help a company rise above others.
REISSUED.CA – Nice word, but tough to find a viable use.
VANISHED.CA – Common word, but difficult to envision a commercial use. .COM is a genealogy site.

OYY.CA – No resolving .COM company.
